In the 60 minute Coach led CrossFit class, we will warm up, work on strength, do a cardio work out, and cool down. We will use our bodies, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, cardio equipment like bikes, rowers and jump ropes to achieve world class, safe results.

The Hybrid Membership

The Hybrid Membership takes your Fort experience to the next level by including CrossFit classes on top of all of the benefits of Personalized Fitness. You will work 1-on-1 with your Coach by appointment to review movement, work outs, nutrition and lifestyle.

The Fort Fitness Nutrition and Lifestyle
Nutrition and Lifestyle

With the Nutrition and Lifestyle membership, you will work 1 on 1 with a Coach to reach specific body composition or life goals. Nutrition is the foundation of health, performance and looking/feeling your best.

The Fort Fitness Remote Coaching
Remote Coaching

With Remote Coaching, the Coach will be able to help a Client no matter the distance. This is an amazing option if the client travels often, works out at home, or is across the country, but wants to have individual coaching and nutrition guidance.
