The Fort Fitness Look Good, Feel Good
Look Good, Feel Good

This will be a 12 week block of training with the goal of looking good and feeling good. This program can be done at The Fort, during our open hours, or at another gym. The workouts will be appropriate, progressive and challenging. The 12 weeks will be designed for the person who is comfortable in a gym and moving their body and weights.

The Fort Fitness Individual Design
Individual Design

Our best, most effective program for getting YOU the results you want! In Individual Design, you will work one-on-one with your personal Coach, as well as the other Coaches on staff at The Fort. Your personal Coach will assign workouts in True Coach based on your abilities, goals and schedule.

The Fort Fitness The Hybrid Membership
The Hybrid Membership

The Hybrid Membership takes your Fort experience to the next level by including 1 on 1 personal training on top of all of the benefits of Individual Design. You will work 1-on-1 with your Coach by appointment to review movement, work outs, nutrition and lifestyle.

The Fort Fitness Personal Training
Personal Training

The 1 hour session(s) can be spent working out, reviewing movement and/or working on nutrition and lifestyle. These are set up in advance between the Coach and Client.

The Fort Fitness Remote Coaching
Remote Coaching

With Remote Coaching, the Coach will be able to help a Client no matter the distance. This is an amazing option if the client travels often, works out at home, or is across the country, but wants to have individual coaching and nutrition guidance.

The Fort Fitness Nutrition and Lifestyle
Nutrition and Lifestyle

With the Nutrition and Lifestyle membership, you will work 1 on 1 with a Coach to reach specific body composition or life goals. Nutrition is the foundation of health, performance and looking/feeling your best.
