The Fitness Programs are designed with a specific goal in mind. Whether it be to lose weight, run a 5K, lift heavier weights, or learn how to exercise, we will take care of you. Sit down, have a conversation with a Coach and together you will pick the best program for your fitness goals!

The Fort Fitness Personalized Fitness
Personalized Fitness

Our best, most effective program for getting YOU the results you want! In Personalized Fitness, you will work one-on-one with your personal Coach, as well as the other Coaches on staff at The Fort. Your personal Coach will assign workouts in True Coach based on your abilities, goals and schedule.

The Fort Fitness Nutrition and Lifestyle
Nutrition and Lifestyle

With the Nutrition and Lifestyle membership, you will work 1 on 1 with a Coach to reach specific body composition or life goals. Nutrition is the foundation of health, performance and looking/feeling your best.

The Fort Fitness The Hybrid Membership
The Hybrid Membership

The Hybrid Membership takes your Fort experience to the next level by including 1 on 1 personal training on top of all of the benefits of Individual Design. You will work 1-on-1 with your Coach by appointment to review movement, work outs, nutrition and lifestyle.

The Fort Fitness Personal Training
Personal Training

The 30 to 60 minute session(s) can be spent working out, reviewing movement and/or working on nutrition and lifestyle. These are set up in advance between the Coach and Client.

The Fort Fitness Remote Coaching
Remote Coaching

With Remote Coaching, the Coach will be able to help a Client no matter the distance. This is an amazing option if the client travels often, works out at home, or is across the country, but wants to have individual coaching and nutrition guidance.
